Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom needs updating and had stray hairs on the floor.

The hotel's central location provides quick access to nearby attractions and the train station. Rooms maintained solid comfort, offering a straightforward stay.
The heating malfunctioned on the first night, creating an uncomfortable draft by the window, which led to both my partner and me catching colds. We got moved to a different room the next day where the heating worked fine, but lack of communication about the breakfast schedule led us to miss it on the final day. We were also frustrated with the increased breakfast price, doubling from last year despite no notable changes to the offerings. Additionally, the elevators creaked alarmingly, making them less than comforting for someone with anxiety.

Absolutely loved my stay! The breakfast was an absolute treat—English muffins and a delectable spread to kick off the day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making the experience that much sweeter. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring Nottingham's buzzing spots.
The heating system needed a bit of a lift since it wasn't warm enough even with the heater. Plus, the walls could use some soundproofing. I could hear every little buzz from the corridor.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed the water park and the Lakeside Arts Centre was a blast with its many activities. The staff was super helpful, and the room was comfy and clean. Just a heads up for future guests, parking can be tricky. we had to park further away. Otherwise, a solid spot!

The restaurant had delicious dinner options, the steak pie was small but flavorful.
It was a bit on the pricier side but still acceptable.

Excellent location near the train station, just a short walk to popular attractions. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Staff provided outstanding service, quickly resolving an issue with our key card and even helping locate a lost engagement ring. While breakfast was good, with fresh bread rolls and quality items, the shower pressure was disappointing, and the odd bathroom layout made it difficult to maneuver comfortably.

Had a fab stay at the Leonardo Hotel! The breakfast spread was a delight, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the location is close to the Motorpoint Arena, making it perfect for a concert night out!
The bed was a tad sloping which could use a fix for a solid night's sleep. Also, the communal carpet felt a bit old and worn.

The Superior Double Room was a good size and had an extremely comfortable bed. I really liked how clean and modern the room felt. However, there was only one set of towels, and the shower pressure was low, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the fire door leading to the bathroom made me uneasy at night. Other than that, everything else in the room was fine!
